Getting sufficient sleep -

Every human needs a sleep of at least of 6-8 hours everyday and if you are not doing so then you are on the wrong track.Sleeping increases efficiency,concentration and even relives stress levels .Remember drinking too much coffee or products rich in caffeine can steal your sleep from you.

Choosing a sport-

Yes,there are too many sports and you can choose one.Sport engages you in working up your body and burning your extra calories up.If you don't  wanna play any then at least you could go for a jog every morning.
